Bárcsak mindenki ilyen munkát végezne az építőiparban, fejünk se fájna soha. Csőtörés miatt alap süllyedés és kimosódás miatt kerültünk kapcsolatba, több “cég” felmérése után választottuk őket. Megbízható csapat, profi munka, profi gépekkel, óriási tapasztalat és végtelen referencia. Remelem soha többet nem lesz szükség a munkájukra, mert ijesztő dolog tud lenni egy alap süllyedés, de ha ilyen problémával találod szembe magad akkor csakis őket javaslom a munkára.

Házunk alapjának megerősítésére kértem tőlük ajánlatot, fotókkal illusztrálva. Tanulságos történet rövid kivonata: A válasz annyi volt, hogy mondjam meg az alap mélységét. Felhívtam a megadott számot, hogy ezt nehéz lenne megmondanom, tekintettel arra, hogy ez egy használtan vett, régi épület: Pálinkás Gábor (ügyvezető telefonon): ássak le és mérjem le. Hogy adjunk enélkül árajánlatot? Én: oké, de hát járda van körben. - hosszú beszélgetés vége: PG: na jó, oké kimegyünk megfúrjuk, hogy kiderüljön milyen mély, végülis a szomszéd kerületben vannak, beszéljünk jövő héten. - Eltelt a hét. - Én telefonon újra: Akkor jönnek felmérni? PG: Hát valahogy megoldjuk, beszéljük meg holnap. Én: No és ez mennyibe fog kerülni? PG: Hát vagy 30 ezer. Én: 30 ezer? Egy fúrás? PG: Hát lehet ásni is. De gondolom azt nem akar. Én: okés, beszéljünk holnap. - Másnap - Én: Jó napot, tegnap beszéltünk... PG: Ja tudom, maga tartotta soknak a 30 ezret, nem vállaljuk. - Telefon lerakva. Szóval aki egy ilyen emberrel akar csináltatni valamit, annak ajánlom. :) Egyébként nem annyira.
