A képen látható javítás tökéletes lett! Senki meg nem mondaná, hogy a csizma bal sarkán, a bevonaton volt egy nagy szakadás. Nincs megoldhatatlan probléma, amit a Jó Cipész meg ne tudna javítani. Csak ajánlani tudom, és köszönöm hogy megmentették a csizmám!

Sajnos nagyon rossz tapasztalatom volt. A cipzárcserét kritikán aluli minőségben végezték el: más színű cipzár került a táskába, az eredeti cipzárt benne hagyták, a varrás hullámos lett, a ragasztás pedig igénytelenül benne maradt és értelmezhetetlen is volt miért kellett a cipzárt ragasztani. Visszavittem a táskát, a munkadíjat ugyan visszakaptam, de nem voltak hajlandók a hibásan és csúnyán beépített cipzárt eltávolítani és a táskát az eredeti állapotába visszaállítani, így ezt nekem kellett máshol megoldanom. Nem ajánlom a táskajavítás szolgáltatásukat. A tulajdonosnak pedig válaszom: Természetesen a Jó Cipésznél történt. Évek óta jártam Önökhöz, ezért különösen csalódott vagyok a történtek miatt. Úgy tűnik, már nem a régi személyzet dolgozik az üzletben, és sajnálatos módon a varrónő párja küldött ki az üzletből. Úgy gondolom, érdemes lenne nagyobb figyelmet fordítani arra, hogyan bánnak a régi és az új ügyfelekkel egyaránt.

Nagyon szuperül megcsinálták a zippzáram. A kocsi is maradt rajta az eredeti. Nagy köszönet érte! Igyekszem rá vigyázni. Napocskásat!
