Gyönyörű, hangulatos jógastúdió. Hajni és Melinda mindenkire szeretetteljesen odafigyel, nagyon sokat tudtam fejlődni, mióta ide járok. Lelkileg feltöltődés, testileg pedig egyre fiatalabbnak érezheted magad :-)

Nagyon szeretem a jóga órákat ebben a stúdióban, Mivel ülőmunkát végzek, mindenképpen szükségem van a testmozgásra. A jóga minden porcikámat átmozgatja, megerősíti a gerinc körüli izmokat és az óra végi relaxáció segít elengedni a napi stresszt. A jóga óra számomra testi-lelki feltöltődést jelent. Többfajta órából is lehet választani, így mindenki megtalálhatja azt, ami hozzá illik. Érdemes kipróbálni!😃👍

A Jóga7 stúdió a xvi.kerület legjobb jóga helyszíne. Az órák hangulatát a kellemes és igényes helyszín még kiemelkedőbbé teszik. A csoportos órákon Hajni mindenkire odafigyel, szinte személyre szabott az óra. Örülök hogy megtaláltam azt a helyet, ahol a jóga mellett jól is érzem magam!
