Came here early July for teeth whitening and a new crown to match it. It was an expensive mistake. Firstly the whitening didn't do anything. There were still extremely visible yellow patches everywhere. I was later then told that it was likely because I had bracers 14 years ago... did they consult me beforehand and do a proper check? No. Did they ever ask me? No. What's worse was the fact that they did not mention the yellow patches at all and were about to remove my crown. Luckily I simply asked for a look beforehand and noticed how ridiculous it looked. I was baffled that they didn't mention it before I said anything. I asked for solutions to fix it and none were given so I cancelled the crown replacement as it made no sense if the whitening didn't work. The final kick to the face was that even after the expensive whitening that didn't do anything... I messaged them several days later to check if my free airport transfer was still provided (considering I still paid a ridiculous amount for no reason)... they said yes and previously told me that someone would be waiting outside of my hotel. Then when it came to the time they told me... no taxi showed up at all. It was 3am so I

I travelled from the UK for extensive dental work. I can't recommend these guys enough. Professional at every step, assuring and understanding if you have a phobia like me. My treatment too 4 visits but essentially I have had a lot of implants and 2 general anaesthics. I look forward to returning next year for a check and to also see wonderful Budapest
