Went there to buy a table , they wouldn't sell it to me unless I bought an entire set of ugly chairs with it . It's also the tiniest jysk store I have ever seen.

I really have to be thankful for the support received in this store. I would like to highlight the employee Laci, for taking the time to help me and for doing the extra mile. Your dedication to great service does not go unnoticed. I extreamly recommend this store, specially if you are an english speaker.

It was an absolute pleasure for me and my husband to receive excellent Customer support throughout our Jysk store experience because of an amazing store high professional named Laci! Laci is SO kind, SO nice and SO attentive to needs of ALL Customers that's it is difficult to express it in words!!! Laci displayed commitment to thoroughly addressed all of our interest on purchasing multiple products including bed frame, two wardrobes, chairs, dining table and a lot of other things. Lastly, Laci is an elite leader as he performed all of our Customer requirements on an extraordinary high level. Laci is just the best professional! Worst service I have ever had!!!!. It is a long story but DONT recommend to ORDER from the WEBSITE and ask them to deliver to home!! because they break the product and refuse to pay back the full price. Although I had the photos and the formal signed paper from the employee that i brought back in good condition, the manager told me that I have broken the chair. They wasted 5 hours of mine to return the money back. Customer service will not help you either. They will not even listen to you on the phone. They will keep interrupting you in the phone will NOT solve your problem.

Very nice homey displays 💕 *However, the fleece blanket I bought gave me a rash, and a pillow (even inside my pillow case) gave me breathing problems at night. Even after washing 1-2 times, I still have mild issues. In future, I think I won't be able to buy bedding here. 😐
