Közepesre értékelném a kommunikációt, a futárcég, akivel dolgoznak, viszont minősíthetetlen. 2 perccel a csomag érkezése előtt tudtam meg, hogy jön a futár. Ez mindkét cég hibája volt, ugyanis egyik sem értesített még a napról sem. A futár modoráról, minősíthetetlen stílusáról pedig már nem is beszélek. A tápot viszont nagyon jó áron vásárolhattam meg, és még kis ajándék termékmintát is kaptam. Összességében sajnos, bár főként a szállító cég miatt, csak hármasra tudom értékelni a céget és a szolgáltatást.

Kutyatápot és egy doboz macskafüvet rendeltem tőlük. A fű doboza széttört és használhatatlanná vált. 200 Ft tétel még is mérgemben írtam nekik. Nagyon segítőkészek és rendesek voltak, 2 napon belül előre egyeztetett időpontban kaptam egy újat, sértetlen dobozzal. Én csak ajánlani tudom őket, ráadásul jó áraik vannak.

Nem csak most, máskor sem sikerült időben teljesíteni a megrendeléseimet, kamu cég, szálhámos társaság, ma már a telefont sem veszik fel, 0 tájékoztatás! Ne dőljön be senki a kamu beírásoknak!! Máskor a futárcégre hivatkozik a nyegle ügyfélszolgálatos, holott nem velük állsz szerződéses viszonyban!

Very nice staff with most of the essential stuff for pets. Opening times are a bit tight, but they also offer shipping services for your convenience. Their webshop is informative, you can look at the details about the stuff you are buying. You can also call them in working hours for additional information, and they will be happy to help you with your problem.
