Magánszemélyként adóbevallásomat készíttettem volna el az irodánál, de három alkalommal is sikertelenül és rossz adatokkal került beadásra a nyomtatvány. Végül más úton kellett megoldanom, nem kevés időráfordítással. Egyébként nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a könyvelő, de azt gondolom, hogy ezt a nem túl bonyolult ügyet illett volna pontosan megoldani.

1) Nehéz kommunikáció. Többször rájuk kell írni ha választ akarok. Néha azért sikerül normális időben válaszolniuk, de nagyon gyakran nekem kell többször írni. 2) Amikor a könyvelési díjat nem fizettem be, négyszer írtak, hívtak, SMS-t küldtek. Ebben az esetben tudnak kommunikálni. 3) Kirótt a NAV késedelmi pótlékot befizetetlen SZJA miatt három hónapig. Nem szólt a KC, hogy fizessem ki az SZJA-t, ezért tartozom késedelmi pótlékokkal. Hárommal, mert azt se nézték meg a számlámon három hónapon keresztül, hogy ezek ott vannak. Büntetést kellett fizetnem mert nem fizettem be a késedelmi pótlékokat. Szóval hanyag a könyvelés. 4) VIssza az első ponthoz ... írtam nekik a 3. pontban írt problémáról már kétszer, de nem válaszolnak.
