A halászlevük csillagos 5-ös, karácsonykor évek óta csak innen rendelünk. Én személy szerint imádom a helyet is örülök, hogy ebben a trendkövető széthypeolt világban maradtak még ilyen klasszikusok! Csak így tovább!!!

Rákosmenti kocsmatúránk tizenkettedik állomása erős meglepetés. A vidéki kiskocsmák hangulatát remélve nagyot kerültünk miatta, és mikor a kis kerthelyiségen túl az ajtón is benyitottunk, jött a megdöbbenés, hoppá, hisz ez egy családias kisvendéglő, ahol nem csak hogy enni ér, de kötelező! Mondanám, hogy totál retró, beleértve a kávét, a hamburgert, a virslit, a rántott húsos zsemlét és a kimért fehérgalléros pincért, ki csapról Arany Ászokot mér, de itt egyik se művi, pusztán így maradt, mert így szeretik. Ahogy totál retró a környezet is. A függöny, a lámpa, a székek, az asztalok, a terítők, a terítékek, képkeretben a régi sörös plakátok, a tükrös falióra, a falon a hordóvégek, a zsetonos billiárd, a kályha melege, de még a futónövény is olybá tűnik, bár az él, köszöni jól, a kissé testidegen csocsóasztal fényében. Nagyszerű időutazás, korrekt árak, privát bulikákhoz különterem, és most őket idézem: "bár nem krúdysan kockás abroszos, de azért némi hangulat onnan. Kóstold, próbáld, szeresd meg!" Őrület. Our favourite spot in 17th district. Totally authentic, with delicious Hungarian food and great service. It's a hidden gem.
