Just been there (friday 19 april 2024 at 14.45)for a medicine TEGRETOL CR 200gr prescribed by a doctor. There are 3 ladies (doctors I guess). The curly blonde hair with glasses "took care" of me, looking she is doing me a favour, a real big favour. It's friday afternoon I know, sorry to disturb you!! Answer in hungarian once, then again with volume up, then the colleague next to her translate in English "this medicine is out of stock IN ALL THE COUNTRY, impossible to order, we can not give you something similar, go back to your doctor". I said "sorry to disturb you ladies!!" and walked out. After 3minutes walk I entered in a Pharmacy in Sziv utca where in 1minute they gave me the medicine without any problems. Change job if you dont like to deal with people or learn some customer service attitude. If someone is coming in a Pharmacy means he/she has some kind of problem to solve. Never again. Bunko unpolite.

Great pharmacy on Andrassy with a very old feel to it but with modern robotiks installed for dispensing prescriptions. Staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. English is also spoken here so helpful for me with limited Hungarian. Living in the neighbourhood, this is my go to pharmacy.
