About Körúti Könyvtár (FSZEK)

2018-ban az Andrássy úti könyvtár megszűnt és az állománya átkerült a Kertész u. 15 alatt található könyvtárba.

július 1-től a Kertész utcai könyvtár is az Andrássy úti könyvtár sorsára jutott, de a két könyvtár megszűnése után megvalósult egy több éve megálmodott, több funkcióval is rendelkező új könyvtár.
szeptember 1-én a Teréz körút 2-4. alatt nyílt meg a Körúti Könyvtár. A könyvtár 26.000 dokumentumot tartalmaz, melynek nagy része szépirodalom.

Kiemelt feladatunk a kortárs magyar és világirodalom gyűjtése. Jelentős rész még a szórakoztató irodalom. Fontosnak érezzük a szakkönyvi állomány bővítését/frissítését, főleg a társadalomtudomány, az idegennyelvi állomány, az útikönyvek és helytörténeti könyvek gyűjtését.

Modern and cozy library offering individual and group desks, as well as a section for foreign books including English, German, Spanish, and Japanese titles. Tourists can also obtain a membership for €7 for 3 months. The membership allows you to borrow up to 10 books at a time. You got WiFi and AC

Stunning library! 📚Buy your ticket from the desk when you walk in. It costs $5.24 (1900 HUF) and you’ll get access to the library, along with the wifi password. You’ll want the 4th floor (and a book!)

Beautiful, quiet and perfect for studying. You can study/read there for free. The place has a toilet, air conditioning and you can even charge your phones/laptops.

Newly opened library on the corner of Teréz krt. / Király utca. If you just want to work/study from there without borrowing books, you don’t need to subscribe, just register. A one time administration fee of only 200 HUF will give you access to the internet connection of the library. There are several tables available upstairs. The library has lockers available for use. Very comfortable, good internet connection.
