This hotel has a first class service, with the most welcoming of staff. The ambience of the hotel and the interior are amazing. We like the Penhaligon accessories in the bathroom. I was very lucky it was my birthday and they gifted me a fantastic bottle of wine awaiting in our room upon returning being tourists in Budapest! The hotel itself is further out from the main tourist areas/attractions, but we like that, as it's in a much quieter area for sleeping. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Budapest to stay in this small luxury hotel. 😊

Kozmo Hotel Budapest is a beautiful, elegant hotel set in a stunning historic building that has been renovated with great care while preserving its original character. It has a classy atmosphere and feels luxurious without being over the top. The spa area is beautiful and a great place to relax. The only downside for us was that the sauna is textile (with swimwear), which is common in Hungary but not our personal preference. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. There were a couple of issues on arrival: one of the toilets hadn’t been cleaned properly, and drinks we ordered to our room never arrived. However, after we shared our feedback with the manager, the response was exceptional. The management was genuinely grateful for the feedback and clearly appreciated the opportunity to improve. We were invited to enjoy two complimentary massages and a fantastic dinner, which was a very generous and professional way of handling the situation. Excellent apartment! The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect size for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. What truly made our experience outstanding was the manager. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful with everything—from assisting with our luggage and arranging parking to recommending sightseeing spots, providing information about the city, suggesting excellent restaurants, and even helping with reservations. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budapest, and we definitely plan to come back in the future.

I travel around the world and have stayed in many luxury hotels, so I have high standards when choosing where to stay. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would rate it well beyond 5 stars for its exceptional hospitality, spacious accommodations, and outstanding customer service. I am so happy with my stay—it was even better than I expected! This wonderful hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. What impressed me the most was the outstanding management and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They even helped me carry my luggage to the underground garage in the hot weather, making me feel truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The warm hospitality and genuine care they showed created such a pleasant experience throughout my stay. I am so glad I found this hotel. Although it is described as a "Small Luxury Hotel," it feels much more spacious and comfortable than many of the nearby hotels in Budapest. I would especially like to thank Miss Lili, Dora, Réka, Boti, and Zoltán. They are absolutely amazing—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their dedication and professionalism made my stay truly unforgettable. If I could
