A lovely little bookshop that has an amazing decoration. We visited the place at 07/09/2026 at 15pm and the girl that was working there was so kind that she gifted us 2 orange juices after having purchased something. If you want to shop various books and unique gifts, while being mesmerized by the decoration this is the place for you!

I visited the Libertine Bookstore in Budapest back in November and I can't recommend it enough. It is one of the best cosy little bookstore I have ever been. Large selection of books, attention to details, marvelous decoration, friendly and welcoming staff.☺️ I wish I could take some pictures, but I was amazed by the magical atmosphere so I forgot. I highly recommend it for any book lover. ☺️

I was impressed with this place. Tiny bookstore with a good selection of books. A very different experience than what you may get in a mainstream bookshop like...the big names. I heard about it from my wife and now I'm so glad I could come and see. Bless her. My wife I mean. 😜 Thank you Laura and Ági for the good conversation about the books. 🤜🤛 2 years later, it's still fun. 😜
