A KöKi Libriben vásároltam könyveket, kifejezetten azért, mert a boltban 10% kedvezmény volt meghirdetve. Fizetéskor az eladó megkérdezte, van-e törzsvásárlói kártyám, mondtam, hogy igen, majd kifizettem a vásárlást. Ezután rákérdeztem, hogy a 10% kedvezmény levonásra került-e, amire azt a választ kaptam, hogy nem, mert nem jeleztem külön, hogy kérem. Véleményem szerint egy meghirdetett kedvezményt nem a vásárlónak kell „kérnie”, főleg akkor nem, ha a törzsvásárlói kártya is bemutatásra került. Szeretném tudni, ez valóban a Libri hivatalos gyakorlata-e.
