Constantly worse quality in the last few years. Dirty bathrooms and locker room without any ventillation. Poor A/C, loud and monotonous playlists. Management doesn’t care about customer requests regarding music loudness levels.

Not my usual gym I come here like once a month, its expensive, but the equipments are new and easy to use, I love how the posters aren't unrealistic body types, so if somebody struggles with body image issues, they won't be unmotivated by them, altogether its a very nice gym BUT idk who is in the charge of the music but last month esdeekids phantom song played like three times and now it was tuff white boy music and im starting to feel like a uk lad anytime I come here

I visited this gym for the first time and overall I had a very positive impression. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a pleasant atmosphere. I especially like that they have a terrace — even though I haven’t used it yet, it looks very inviting. The equipment is in good condition and neatly arranged. Overall, you feel comfortable while training there. One small point of criticism concerns the service at the front desk. They weren’t able to help me directly with my parking ticket and told me to clarify it downstairs. I think a bit more support or guidance in that situation would have been appreciated. In general, gyms in Hungary are quite expensive, which I don’t fully understand, but the quality here is good. Overall, I would recommend it with a little room for improvement.

I've been a member of this gym for quite some time, around 3-4 years for sure, and I've always enjoyed the classes and the quality of instruction. However, I've noticed some issues with the receptionists, particularly at the Allee location. Recently, I encountered a problem with one of the spinning bicycles not working properly. When I approached the reception for assistance, the receptionist's response was less than satisfactory. Despite my polite request for help, she seemed disinterested and dismissive, offering minimal assistance and showing little concern for resolving the issue. When I suggested raising a maintenance ticket for the persistent problem, her response remained unhelpful, and her demeanor conveyed a lack of interest. Frustrated by the lack of support, I requested to speak with her manager. Fortunately, the manager was understanding and assured me that a repair technician would address the issue promptly. However, the initial interaction with the receptionist was disappointing and not reflective of the ALMOST luxury experience I expect from a gym with such a premium price tag. It was a tall blonde lady who typically works the morning shift. I really hope the manag
