Well equipped modern and clean gym, helpful staff. I stayed only two days in Budapest and was able to buy a single entry for reasonable price.

Bad experience in many possible ways. First, the website says English and Hungarian, none of the trainers spoke English to me or cared at all about international people. Second, they changed my membership all of a sudden and charged me a full month instead of just a week which was the remaining time of my contract. They also charge you for a card and say they will give you reimbursement back when you finish your membership, LIE! they didn’t give me any money back. I’m happy since I changed gym to 4% cheaper and they speak English ☺️

I’ve generally had a good experience at Live 1 Fitness at Corvin, but today’s interaction with the front desk staff was quite disappointing. I had already checked in and realized I forgot to bring water, so I briefly stepped out to get some. When I approached the reception, I was met with a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude before I even had the chance to explain. The way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. There was no reason for such a tone over a simple question. It honestly felt disrespectful. Instead of simply helping, the staff member spoke in a harsh tone and made me feel uncomfortable for a very small and understandable situation. I was polite the entire time, yet the response I received was unnecessarily cold. What makes this more concerning is that this was not the first time I experienced this kind of attitude from the same staff member. I believe customer service, especially in a fitness environment, should feel welcoming and respectful. This kind of behavior really affects the overall experience. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the front desk interaction.

-Well equpied and spacious gym, never too crowded. -For the premium price you would expect a bit more though. -Cleanliness in the locker rooms has room for improvement. Lots of lockers don't work. -They closed the pool a couple of years ago citing cost reasons, but make sure to always raise the prices. -Staff friendliness is a wildcard, you never know what to expect. -They're good at making sure everyone leaves on time. Usually go around 5 minutes before closing time and switch of the light. Tonight they started telling people to leave 10 minutes before closing. Still like going here though because the crowd is nice and you don't need to wait much. Central location of course.

This is easily one of the worst value-for-money gyms in the city. US price, Soviet standards. Aside from a few professional receptionists, much of the younger front-desk staff comes across as rude, disengaged, and lacking basic customer service skills. The overall vibe feels careless and mean rather than professional and welcoming. The music situation is especially frustrating. Staff often blast loud, aggressive hip-hop based purely on personal taste. I really don’t wanna listen to a ghetto dude rapping while I’m lifting weights at 10 a.m. A gym should stick to neutral, motivating workout music like commercial house or light electronic. I also shouldn’t have to ask for the music to be changed almost every day. Personal trainers - aka gym “superstars” - regularly take over large parts of the workout floor and hold loud conversations with clients, which makes it hard for everyone else to focus or train comfortably. The spa area has no visible rules, so people treat it like a lounge, scrolling on their phones, working on laptops, talking, and laughing loudly, even inside the sauna. It completely ruins what should be a quiet, relaxing space. And the management has zero interest in
