Referencia patikaként úgy gondolom elvárható lenne, hogy a nagyobb egészségpénztárakkal szerződést kössenek...

Először és utoljára voltam itt. Olyan fülsprayt kaptam, ami egyáltalán nem volt megfelelő a jelzett problémára, sőt ! Továbbmegyek : sürgősségin kötöttem ki, ahol közölte a kezelő orvos: inkább küldött volna el a hölgy egy szakemberhez. Ennek tudatában kérjen segítséget mindenki az ott dolgozóktól. 3749 forintot fizettem , amit megspórolhattam volna egy korrekt tájékoztatás után.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Ha lehetne akkor nullára értékelném az ottani eladók hozzáállását amikor is egy gyógyszertári dolgozó olyan szinten lekezelő, bunkó és 0 empátiával rendelkező egy beteg emberrel szemben ami még egy hentes üzemben sem megengedett! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Nagyon rossz a tapasztalatom a patikáról. Az asszisztensek flegmák, undokok, kioktató stílusuak, holott a felvilágosítás lenne a dolguk, nem a kioktatás. Nem segítőkészek. Többször vásároltam a patikába és sajnos nem egyszeri a tapasztalatom hanem állandó. Kivéve egy középkorú barna hajú hölgyet, aki nagyon cuki és segítőkész. Én tudom hogy emberhiány van, de ennyire? Ennyi töltelék egy helyen, az már sok.

Évtizedek óta járok ide; nem véletlenül, mivel egyenletesen korrekt kapcsolat keretében megkapom a szükséges gyógyszereimet és egyéb kiegészítőket! Azért előfordult egy-egy oda nem illő személy, de rekord gyorsasággal kigyomlálták ebből a jól prosperáló csapatból! Üdv. Cz.R.
