Amazing shop This summer I had already returned some bikes from different stores, just because the quality and pre-selling assembly were terrible. But at M&M Bikes, they lubed everything and checked everything to work properly, so I'm so satisfied with service and purchase!

My experience with M&M Bike actually started with purchasing my bicycle from them, and from the very beginning I was genuinely impressed by their customer service. I was looking for a specific bicycle model, and the team at M&M Bike immediately checked whether it was available, called me back themselves, answered all my questions, and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process despite the language barrier. The bicycle was delivered very quickly and right on time, perfectly assembled and in excellent condition. The person who delivered it even helped carry it up to the third floor, which I truly appreciated. Since then, I’ve also visited the shop for accessories and service, and every single experience has been excellent. Most recently, the team helped me install a new ABUS lock, checked my bicycle after a fall, replaced a damaged grip, lubricated the chain, and carefully made sure everything was working properly. You can immediately feel that the people working there truly care about both bicycles and customers. Everyone has been incredibly patient, professional, responsible, and genuinely kind. Honestly, this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had
