I visited Dr. Pável Júlia’s clinic for a routine dental treatment and a filling. During the consultation, I was told that my teeth “look like those of a 50-year-old,” which was honestly very upsetting and alarming to hear. At the same time, there was very little clear explanation, and the whole conversation felt overly dramatic. I was also surprised that even for a simple filling, anesthesia was immediately suggested, although I’ve had similar procedures done before without it and without any issues. Overall, I left the appointment feeling more pressured and scared than properly informed. I believe patients deserve calm, professional, and respectful communication instead of being intimidated. In the end, I paid 15,000 HUF not for a consultation and an X-ray, but for stress and anxiety.

The first Synlab office which didn't ask me to fill in all the papers again when I visited them for the second time.Nice personnel,fast result.

I wouldnt recommend going there. I selected it because they have german/english speaking doctor but the service of the reception is horrible. She gave me an appointment and when I arrived first she didnt know I had one and searched for it like 5 minutes and then she said my appointment is the next day because the german speaking doctor is only the next day in the clinic but why even give me the appointment in the first place and make me waste my time driving out there when she knew I needed a german speaking doctor. And then the icing on the cake is that she then decided to give me the number of the doctor so I should call him and do the appointment myself. Communication is impossibly slow because she doesnt regard you as an important customer. When I called the first time she just put me on hold without telling me and let me wait for her while she laughed with her friend. If they are that bad with something simple as an appointment I dont want to find out how they will handle my data and money. So heed my and the other reviews warnings. It is not worth it, no matter how good the doctor may be.
