A rendelő nemrég lett felújìtva, és nagyon szép, modern. Az orvosok nagyon leterheltek, de azért mindent megtesznek hogy rendesen ellássák a pácienseket. Az adminisztratív személyzet, akik a telefonos időpontfoglalást is intézik, nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Az asszisztensek kedvesek, a rendelő modern, tiszta. Az orvosok túlterheltek, de kedvesek, igyekeznek maximálisan jól ellátni a betegeket a rájuk eső időben. A terapeuták is nagyon aranyosak nagyon jó a csoportos terápia. Nagyon sok beteg van.

Dr Kiss Huba Gergely főorvost illetően komoly aggályok merülnek fel a szakmai felelősség és a szakmai színvonal tekintetében.

Nem értem a sok negatív kritikát. Nekem jók a tapasztalataim a hellyel. Elmondom mi a problémám,és mindig megpróbálnak segíteni. Ha gyógyszer kell, azt probléma nélkül felküldik felhőbe.Teljesen rendben van az egész.

Volt ott egy ellenségesen viselkedő asszisztens , akinek láttam azt az ellenségességet a szemében , 0 segítő készség teljesen hivatlahoz mérten beszéltem , elkezdte nekem monoton mondani , hogy nyugodjak meg mondtam neki teljesen nyugodtan , hogy nyugodt vagyok erre elküldött ... Majd takartam a számat mert büdös volt , erre megvádolt azzal , hogy ne takarjam úgy is látja , hogy alkoholt ittam .... Nem én tehetek róla , hogy rossz tapasztalatai vannak alkoholos emberekkel ..... Ott volt egy orvos be akartam jelentkezni kerületi lakosként , mondtam neki , hogy nem férek meg azzal a másik orvossal , azt mondta hozzak onnan egy papírt , hogy milyet azt nem közölte , ennek az lett a vége , hogy a másik orvos lobotomizált engem egy reagilával ....Nem várjon senki sokat az orvosoktól , nagy részük azért lett orvos mert nekik is van valami mentálhigéniás problémájuk ...
