Czysty i odnowiony apartament. Dojazd do centrum to około 20 minut. Kontakt z obsługą bardzo sprawny i miły. Polecam.

SCAM!!! Too much noise in the appartement from the neighbours. Also red flag on the name of the appartment.

A szállás a Booking.com-on „Mira Nest – Budapest City” néven szerepel. Hatóságilag kihirdetett vörös kód és közlekedési vészhelyzet idején (extrém hideg, hófúvás, ónos eső) az érkezést vis maior okból, előzetesen lemondani kívántuk és időben, írásban jeleztük. A közúti közlekedés objektíve ellehetetlenült, a parkolóból történő kijárás sem volt biztonságosan megoldható, nem tudtunk elindulni. Ennek ellenére a szállásadó semmilyen együttműködést nem tanúsított, lekezelően, felsőbbrendűnek mutatva magát beszélt velünk az ügyintéző, kizárólag a saját lemondási szabályzatára hivatkozott. A kommunikáció során nem volt hajlandó figyelembe venni a hatályos magyar jogszabályi környezetet, különösen a Polgári Törvénykönyv (2013. évi V. törvény) 6:179–6:180. §-aiban foglaltakat, amelyek a teljesítés vis maior miatti lehetetlenülése és az elszámolási kötelezettség kérdését rendezik. A jogszabályokra történő hivatkozásunkra nem kaptunk érdemi választ, átfoglalási vagy méltányos elszámolási lehetőséget nem ajánlottak fel, kifejezetten elutasítottak minden lehetőséget. A kommunikáció végig sablonos maradt, megoldási szándék nem mutatkozott. A történtek alapján az volt a benyomásunk, hogy rendkívü

Tiszta, szép a lakás, normálisan felszerelt. 4 felnőtt, vagy család kényelmesen elfér.

Az árértéknek megfelelő Apartman. Tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes. A felszereltség lehetne jobb. Zárt parkoló ugyan nincsen, de az utcán kényelmesen lehet parkolni.
