A 13.kerületi üzletben korrekt tájékoztatást kaptam a kérdéseimre.

I have purchased shutters, mosquito nets, and window sills from your company and completed the payment, yet they have not been delivered or installed. Despite being informed that the products are unavailable, I am still being charged storage fees. This situation is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company. I don't require an ”Sorry“,what I need is for you to deliver the goods!

You should never promise something, that you can not keep!!!! Appointments means nothing for you, I'm very disappointed with your business. This is not a service!

They do not have POS machine at their office, they ask for cash as if it is the norm. It is not that their card reader is broken, they simply do not have one. What kind of business does not accept cards ?! ?! When I asked the office worker, he didn't even know which bank account I could transfer the money to, he gave me a email address to ask the bank account details, as if it is my job ?!?! Also their warehouse is in a dodgy area and hard to find. Not recommended.
