Horrible customer experience Rude and unhelpful people They have a campaign for new newsletter subscribers. They “give” coupons if you register . Just the coupon didn’t arrived for 3 hrs and nobody could do anything.

Terrible service - waited 3.5 months for a bed, and then received it in a different color... I went to the store and chose a bed. They had 10 of that product in store, but with differing hardness of mattresses (H3/H4) on the 2 sides of the bed; therefore I ordered one with the same hardness. I was told it would be ready for pickup 23 Dec, then it was shown in the system and my online account as 3 Jan. When I checked to pick-up the product in January, another new date was given for 29 Jan. I wrote to customer service about the change and the enormously long waiting time. I was accused of not telling the truth, trying to persuade me that I was the one agreeing the 3+ months waiting time (which I did not), and requesting a proof from me about the original information that was given in the Moebelix account - and which I have no control over, but should be logged in the Moebelix's digital history for any and all date changes. I asked to have the bed delivered for free at this later date, because I cant arrange the transport at this later time, but my request was rejected. It's middle of February, and I received the bed in a different color than what I asked for... I decided to never buy

I think they do better than their swedish or danish competitors...A lot of space, good products at good prices. Ask for a salesman called Adam, he does speak english and will help you out. I can surely recommend him !

They charged a blood-curdling and horrible 33600 Forints for door to door delivery within Budapest for a 200cm wide kitchen cabinet system and 4 pieces of 2m tall standing cabinets, all packaged in sheets, total weight may be around 200-250kg. The apartment is at 1st floor, no elevator. For this sum, you can híre two person to deliver and carry up 2000 kilos of sand in 40kg bags. Or two huge 3m wife Ikea closet rows

It's a similar furniture shop like IKEA, but they have much friendlier colors and not just black and white. They have standard sizes too.
