I like this station but the new car was is terribly slow

Normally everything is fine. Today incredible double (bad) experience. First, asking for invoice and provided company data, I discovered at the office that the receipt wasn't an VAT invoice but a normal ticket. Second, sent my wife to rectify and ask for proper invoice, at the same time she put gasoline in her car. The invoice needed my card to be refund, so I had to send a third time my wife to have the proper invoice. Meanwhile we discovered that the price applied to my wife's car, with Hungarian plate, wasn't the protected one but the marked one. In addition, his invoice has been emitted to the wrong VAT id. Asked to rectify, the person created the credit memo and the new invoice but, instead to give us the first invoice paid, with the wrong VAT id to provide it to our accountant, preferred to shred it and throw in the bin. Even if my wife asked several times to have a copy. Result: Never again my wife and any member of my company will be their customer again.

Friendly service. The car wash is good. The store and the bathrooms are clean.

The station recently got upgraded. It has a breakfast area now, and a nice coffee and baked goods smell is lingering all around. The service is nice. Prices are low to average usually in terms of gas.
