Amikor régebben jártam az üzletben, akkor gyorsan megértettem, hogy mi a rosszabb értékelések forrása. Az eladó hölgy valóban kedvetlen volt érdekes stílussal. Nem hiszem, hogy rosszat akart volna, inkább csak ilyen lehet a személyisége, engem még furcsa mód szórakoztatott is. A vásárlókhoz egyáltalán nem ért, de a csokor rendben volt, így ki voltam békülve, inkább nem is értékeltem. A mai napon viszont már egy másik eladó hölgy volt az üzletben, igazi kereskedő, virágboltos alkat pozitív értelemben. Kedves, figyelmes kiszolgálás, a végére egy igazán szép csokorral, ami megérdemli a pozitív visszajelzést. Remélem marad ez az irány, a mostani értékelésénél biztosan többet érdemel a hely.

Nagyon szép csokrot készített nekem a kedves hölgy. Pontosan olyat amit elképzeltem és kértem tőle. Akinek vettem nagyon örült!☺️

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude, not even replied when I said Good Day to her. When she replied it was a sarcastic mean comment. Instead of helping she started scolding me for picking what flower I needed outside since there's a small table behind one of them saying do not touch. (These were potted flowers, I choose one, not touching anything else) I waited withthe review until today, but my girlfriend also had similar experience where the the lady was extremely rude to them when she and her friend tried to buy flowers there so this is not a unique experience. My girlfriend also said that they were had to choose between those flowers that were the least bad and I can confirm also that the selection is very weak for a a shop with this main location. All in all I suggest to avoid this shop. Closest one I know is down the street 1 tram stop with 6th tram or the market 3 min walk from ther where ~10 better flower shops waiting for the customers instead of a grumpy, unsimpathetic, arrogant, sad excuse for a florist.
