A Szent Kristóf Szakrendelőben lévő telephelyen MRI vizsgálaton voltam. Én még ilyen emberséges, kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész emberekkel talán életemben sem találkoztam. Komplikált páciens voltam, mégis végig mosolyt és támogatást kaptam. Soha többet máshova, csak hozzájuk...!!! Szuper hely! Szuper emberekkel!

I do not recommend this place to anyone, lack of customer service and respect. You pay a lot of money for private scan and they don't invite your relative to Smart diagnosztika,where you can wait in a nice and warm environment. Your relative has to sit and wait on the corridor which is windy and cold so if it's a long scan or more scan at the same time than it's a terrible experience. There are other much nicer places for this price,where you are respected and staff much more considerate.

I absolutely do not recommend this place to visit. Lack of customer service and respect for customers. I called this morning to find out the results of the MRI examination that was done on Friday. After the examination we were told that the report would be ready in 2 days (Monday). The nice girl at the reception didn’t speak English and said that an English speaking staff will call me back. Five(!!!) hours later, I called again. What do you think happened? The girl just hung up when she heard my voice . I'm not a proud person, so I called again and was again promised that they would call me back. Yay, I finally got a call back saying that after 4 days the report is still not ready. No apologies, no deadlines, NOTHING. Well, I sincerely do not recommend this place to visit, even with an appointment, I had to wait for about an hour, the results of the MRI after 4 days are not ready, rude communication of the staff and disgusting attitude to customers

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Smart Diagnosis cabinet for an MRI scan on both of my knees, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of basic customer service. First of all, I want to highlight that I was only eight minutes late for my appointment due to heavy traffic. I understand that being late is not ideal, but what followed was nothing short of a complete disaster. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a condescending tone and immediately began trashing me for my tardiness. Instead of addressing the situation in a calm and professional manner, they chose to be aggressive and confrontational right off the bat. What followed was an excruciating conversation that quickly escalated into a full-blown argument. I tried to explain the circumstances of my lateness, but the receptionist seemed more interested in berating me than listening to my side of the story. It was as if they were looking for any opportunity to exert their authority and assert their dominance over me, the customer. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff at Smart
