A webshopra szól az értékelés! Mindenki vigyázzon! Megrendeltem 3 db probiotikumot - 3 havi adag. Kiküldték a 3-at, de mind a három 2 hónap múlva lejár - tehát mire a 3. dobozhoz érek már lejárt a termék. A termékadatlapon a szedési javaslat 60-120 nap. Cserélni nem hajlandóak, visszafizetni sem a lejáró doboz árát. Természetesen sehol nem volt feltüntetve, hogy le fog járni 2 hónap múlva a termék. Így rendeljen innen bárki.

Először és utoljára rendeltem innen. A rendelt táp.kiegészítő doboza bontott volt, ami még elnézhető, de a csomagolt vöröslencse tészta is bontva volt, az utóbbiból pedig hiányzott az 1/3-a. Mivel a dobozban nem volt szétszóródott tészta, feltételezem ez a csomagolási helyen történt, amit észre kellett volna venni...

Nem ebben az üzletben szoktam átvenni a rendeléseimet, hanem a Rákóczi úton levőben. Ide csak azért mentem, mert a közelben volt elintéznivalóm. Elég rossz szájízzel távoztam az üzletből, és nem is szándékozom még egyszer betérni oda. Köszöntem, majd mondtam miért jöttem. A hölgy mindjárt rázendített: „ki lett fizetve? Mert ha ezt nem mondom, akkor soha az életben nem találja meg a megrendelést!”. ÖÖ, mondom igen, ki van fizetve, és jobb oldalra nézve ott volt körülbelül 6 db csomag, mindegyiken körülbelül 8 cm magas, fekete filccel ráírva a nevek, köztük az enyém is, tehát kicsivel több mint egy karnyújtásnyira vannak a már összekészített megrendelések. Aztán kivette a számlát, és odatette az asztalra, mondván:” ide kérek dátumot és aláírást”. A „kérem” szó kimaradt. Közben olyan szempillantásokat lövellt az üzletben tartózkodókra, amitől meg lehetett ijedni. A pult mögött tartózkodott még két hölgy, akik a lezárt kassza mögött ültek, fogalmam sincs milyen munkakört láttak el a tere-ferélésen kívül… Fogtam a termékeket és gyorsan kijöttem, és nem hallottam az elköszönés viszonzását sem. Soha többet oda.

Prompt delivery of ordered items. There was a faulty product, which was no fault of the seller's, but their customer support handled the situation exceptionally. I would like to thank the Multi-vitamin.hu crew for resolving the issue quickly and to my full satisfaction, as well as promptly! I can only recommend their business!
