Összehasonlítva más környékbeli patikák áraival, itt kb. 20%-kal magasabbak az árak. Kedves kiszolgálás és tanácsadás. A telefont azonban nem szeretik felvenni. Kettős érzés több területen.

Lassú kiszolgálás, állok a sorban csupán egy pult működik az eladók három-négy hang hallatszott vidáman anekdótáznak. Egyikük kijön, látja négyen állunk sorba, de ahelyett megkérdi egyetlen dolgozó kolleganőjét kér-e kávét és vidáman elvonul. Közben csörög a telefon akit keresnek csevegni kezd. 14 percig voltam még az üzletben addig nem fejezte be. Elkészült a kávé leváltják a pultnál lévő hölgyet természetesen akkor amikor kiszolgál, az újonnan érkezett kezd mindent előről. Egy doboz fájdalom csillapítót majd 40 perc alatt sikerült kiváltanom. Természetesen közben még három vevő érkezett és állt be a sorba.
