A kiszolgálás gyors, a személyzet mindig kedves, segítőkész. :)

I never had any problems shopping there. the staff is quite friendly. But I have seen quite a few rude customers there, so I am not surprised if they are not always looking forward to a new customer, but if you are a regular and friendly you shouldn't have any problems. To me this store certainly feels more friendly compared to other tobacco stores.

Got licence due to corruption - paying into Fidesz accounts. Since there is no other shop nearby they are super unfriendly slow -- really commies at heart
