Stopped at this little hotel on our way out of Hungary. Its close to the airport and convenient for transportation, the rooms are new and spotless. The cherry on top is the staff that works here. I wanted to get some nicotine close to closing time for the tobacco shops. I started heading in the wrong direction, one of the staff members noticed I was down a wrong road. He rode after me, let me know I was headed in the wrong direction. Walked me back to the hotel and went to the shop and purchased for me. The customer service here is the best I’ve experienced during our 10 day stay across 3 countries. Incredibly inviting and friendly staff, Blaise, Dorisz, Charina, and Joana have been wonderful hosts. Id highly recommend a stay here.

New, very clean, well-designed hotel, in a quiet area within 10 minutes of Budapest airport. Large bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Excellent staff!!! Both day and night receptionists extremely charming and very helpful. Hotel doesn't have kitchen, but gets food delivered from a very good nearby private caterer, at low cost. We very much enjoyed our 1 night stay and would very happily return!
