This was, without exaggeration, one of the most outrageous and incompetent services I have ever experienced. I ordered lilacs for my mother as a surprise while I am currently abroad. I very clearly included a note asking them to CALL HER in advance to arrange a delivery time. This was completely ignored. The courier simply showed up unannounced, and of course she wasn’t home — because it was meant to be a surprise. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they refused to redeliver in an extremely unprofessional and dismissive manner. As a result, my mother had to go and pick it up herself, completely ruining the entire surprise. The quality of the flowers was also disappointing — they arrived closed, and appear to be cut in a way that they likely won’t even bloom properly. Customer service was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero willingness to resolve the issue. I made multiple attempts to contact them and find a reasonable compromise, but was met with complete refusal. As a content creator, I am very mindful of the businesses I support or recommend. This experience, however, was so negative that I will be sharing it across multiple platforms. These are the peonies I received through Wolt Delivery. It’s a pity to sell that for 13000+ huf. UPD: First of all, I was not aware that this was supposedly a 20% discount. The price AFTER discount was 13,000+ forints, not 3,000 – which is a significant amount of money in Hungary. Shops often lower prices simply to attract customers to buy from them. It did not matter to me, I was prepared to purchase good-quality peonies at full price, and that is what I expected. Secondly, the flowers arrived in such poor condition that they should have been discarded rather than sent to a customer.

Same, ordered tulips, but they are unbloomed. What's the point of ordering a flower, when you are just getting buds?! The intent of ordering a flower to get actual flowers. We tried to call them, but their intention is not to resolve this issue.

DO NOT EVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM. I ordered a set of tulips from them and they delivered tulips which are not even bloomed! Just the tulip buds, and when we asked for a return, they said no and after that they didn’t even pick the phone. Cheaters and Scammers!

12500 Ft for a pretty mid size orchid (9.5 + the pot) which is like 4k in Spar etc and she was kinda bored and not happy...
