They are very nice and professional. I have a good experience with the lady Henriett and the optometrist gentleman, both can speak English!

RUN AWAY FRON THIS PLACE!!! Very unethical people, they don’t care at all about clients and they don’t know what giving a service means. The staff could be very rude when they make a mistake. I went to this place to change the cristal of my glasses, glasses that I bought there 2 years ago, I gave it to them in perfect conditions, rayban frame glasses. After a long waiting they called me saying that they broke my glasses asking me to go there to talk about solutions. Theirs solution was simple, TO BUY A NEW FRAME AS THEY DONT COVER ANYTHING. Is this a solution? They broke a frame with a value of huf 60.000 and they are not able to offer any proper solution + they were still forcing me to pay for the last 50% of the cristals. The staff was very rude and they toke it very personal, they were always close to any posible deal or solution to solve this situations, caring as less as possible about me as client. IT IS VERY POSSIBLE THAT THEY BROKE MY GLASSES TO MAKE ME BUY A NEW ONE, IT FEELS THEY ARE VERY USED TO THIS KIND OF SITUATIONS CONSIDERING THE WAY THEY ACTED. In the end I lost huf 75.000 + I don’t have glasses and they just don’t care at all, as they neither care about bad

Very nice and professional staff, they are really helpful. Staff can help with styles as well, here you can feel that your person is more important than the profit: if in a cheaper glass you looks better, they will tell you and won’t press you to buy a more expensive frame, for example. They offer insurance for your glasses, which is a great idea just in case. They speaks English.
