The male staff at counter 03 was very unfriendly to customers

I have never seen anything like that in customer service in my life. Today, an elderly gentleman was trying to sort something out, and the customer support staff shouted at him. I was absolutely shocked. (Table 3. 20.05) Not recommended at all. Try to avoid this place if you can.

Super racist, Dear foreigners never go there, they didn't want to answer my questions just because i only had my residence permit and not my passport, i just had some questions about some services, nothing else, disgusting.
