A közelben lévő fiókban másként tájékoztattak, mint amit később írásban kaptam, így fontosnak tartottam, hogy más fiókból megerősítsenek adott ügyben. Az online időpontfoglalás többszöri, többnapos próbálkozásra sem jött össze technikai problémák miatt. Így bementem személyesen, egy bébivel és egy 3 éves gyerkőccel (egyes szolgáltatók amúgy a gyerekeseket előre veszik, itt nem (miért?), s egy bébiasztal van csak, de semmi színeznivaló, semmi játék...), 1,5 óra várakozás után sem kerültem sorra, a 6 pultból csak háromnál fogadtak ügyfeleket (javítható ez?), de az igazán meghökkentő, hogy nagyon lassan cserélődtek az ügyfelek. Megérkezésünkkor kb. 5 fő volt előttem, másfél órával később még mindig voltak hárman. Biztos huzamosabb ideig az ügyintézőknek is fárasztó, de az ottlétünk utolsó 15 percében kettő ügyintéző végig egymással beszélgetett. Miért nincs időközönként váltás? Miért nincs több pult kinyitva? Természetesen nem tudtam tovább várni a gyerekek miatt, elmentünk. Elérni nem tudtam őket telefonban sem, kértem visszahívást, 2 nap után hívtak vissza... Miért ilyen későn? Időközben a sokszori újrapróbálkozásaimból sikerült egy időpontfoglalás fiókba - bár itt is először hibát

Lányomnak új bankártyát kellet igényelnem és más ügyintezni valóm is volt!Az ügyintézö nagyon kedves volt és atirányitott másik munkatárshoz azok is kedvesek,végtelenül türelmesek és segítő készek voltak!!

Másik fiókból jöttünk ide, mert ott sajnos csak későbbi időpontot adtak volna, ügyintézés helyett. De ebben a fiókban rgy kedves, és szakmailag profi ügyintéző hölgy néhány perc alatt elintézte az ügyünket. Csak dicsérni tudom. Köszönöm.

A szamlamat akartam zárolni a megbeszéltek szerint, de csak időpont egyeztetés után lehetséges. Még jó, hogy előre egyeztettünk, hogy nem kell. A jövő héten újra mehetek ( szigorúan időpontra! Nem baj, majd veszek ki szabit, mert 14:14 legkésőbbi időpont)csak szabadulhassak innen végre. Eszükbe nem jut, hogy nem én vagyok értük, hanem fordítva. Lakáskasszához egy valaki konyított az egész OTP -ben, de az olyan arrogáns, hogy csoda, hogy senki nem borította még rá az asztalt. Soha többé OTP. Mindemellett ez a bank a leglehúzósabb.
