I am extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I opened an account for my SZÉP card at the end of October, and I still have no information about its status. The staff have been unhelpful, lazy and disorganized. One employee instructed me to call SZÉP support myself, but when I did, they informed me that the bank staff are supposed to contact them, not the customer. I have visited the branch three times to resolve this issue. On my first visit, I was told to wait. On the second visit, they realized my address had been registered incorrectly. On my third visit (today), they could not take any action and again told me to call SZÉP support. I also hold a premium account with this bank, for which I pay nearly HUF 4,000 per month. I expect at least competent and proactive service, not staff avoiding responsibility. As of now, I still have no information about my SZÉP card. Due to this unacceptable level of service, I have decided to close my main account with the bank.

30 minutes waiting (from 10:09 to 10:39) was not enough for 10+ employees to let me deposit 90k cash. 6 customer representative were doing nothing just chatting or scrolling phone etc. I had to leave without doing my business wasted my lifetime! 3 minutes or max 5 maybe for deposit is fine but 30 for nothing!? worst banking service in the country outrageous, unacceptable they are so slow! the need a military style controller on board!

They are very kind, gave service very quick and nicely. It is opposite of what I received in Feny utcai OTP branch. There they behave very nastily and rude. If you want to be treated well then come to Böszörmenyi branch, it is hassle-free.

The young lady who gives services in English here, is the best service representative of OTP I have seen in whole Budapest. Nice, friendly and helpful - she should a role model for others.

I just can’t believe that some of branches of this bank as so good staffs and some of them are so unfriendly and rude staffs. I’m one of their service user so I frequently visit them at different branches scatted around the municipality but this one is one of the most awkward one. I hope customers service will do something about it and they will see this valuable reviews to make their service better. No complaints about bank but staffs give them dissatisfaction. All over good bank with unfriendly staff. I hope customers service will see this and make some improvements.
