Mindenki kerülje őket messziről…

Már az is fura volt, hogy az asszisztens nem akarta megadni az irodavezető telefonszámát, aki "csak egy kötetlen elbeszélgetésre jön ki" - mert közöltem, hogy van már kontaktom az OC-nál, rajta keresztül kellene jönni. De ez kötetlen, és mindenképpen saját szemével kell látnia, nem baj, ha mással írok alá. Oké. A megbeszélt időpontban nem jelent meg Torday Piroska, az asszisztense pedig, akivel az időpontot egyeztettem, nem vette fel a telefont (1731-es végű OC-s szám) . Aki olyanokkal szeretne üzleti kapcsolatba kerülni, akik a legalapvetőbb elvárásoknak sem felelnek meg, azoknak ajánlom, embereknek viszont nem...

Sajnos hatalmas csalódás a 17. kerületi ingatlaniroda. Az egyeztetett időpontban a legnagyobb sajnálatomra nem jelent meg senki. Hiába hívtam őket - több telefonszámon is - majd fél óra volt, mire sikerült elérnem valakit. Információval azonnal nem tudtak szolgálni, de visszahívást ígértek. Bő egy óra elteltével visszahívtak, hogy a rendszerük meghibásodása miatt nem kapta meg a kollégájuk az időpontot és ezért nem tudott ott lenni. Így nem ajánlom Őket, mivel a problémamegoldás vagy annak megelőzése egyáltalán nem működik náluk.

A legmnagyobb scam! Beleegyezésed nélkül elkezdik használni az email címedet. Gmail-en is ment a blokkolás és a bejelentés. Nekik meg a GDPR törlés felszólítás. 2 hónap múlva meg indul a jogi út... Már várom H ne lépjenek semmit!

Mélységesen fel vagyok háborodva. Felhív valaki, akivel sikerül egyezetnem időpontot. Majd felhív egy másik valaki, hogy ő lenne az, aki kijönne, de tegyük már át egy másik időpontba. Majd felhív egy harmadik valaki, aki közli, hogy mégis tudna jönni az eredeti időponthoz képest fél órával később, majd megsértődik, mert nem érzi elég lelkesnek a hangomat és amikor azt mondom, hogy lehet, hogy ilyen keverések után inkább hagyjuk az egészet, akkor ahelyett, hogy elnézést kérne, még neki áll fejjebb. Milyen emberek dolgoznak itt te jó ég. Bár az Otthon Centrumtól még normális, értelmes, udvarias emberrel eddig nem találkoztam, szóval igazából itt is csak hozzák a megszokott színvonalat. Akik szívesen rábízzák a vagyonukat, ingatlanukat olyan ügynökökre, akik az alapvető bizalom kialakítására is képtelenek, akkor az Otthon Centrum nekik való.
