This was outrageous and the worst escape room I had in my life! For your money, you get crumbling walls, smelly places, rude people, who don't care if you get hurt falling over something. We asked for help, but no reply, no help, and when we asked why, the operators were derogatory. Not only with us, but with any of the other buyers too. I can't imagine what are you asking our money for. If you don't want to lose money and time, never come here! Terrible experience, would not even give one star!

I never had a worse experience in my life before in an escape room like this, the walls were crumbling, the smell was worse than I have ever smelled before in any escape room establishment, I almost fell down the stairs when going down to the Saw game, because we were blindfolded, that is not very nice. The game masters were very rude, and were not cooperating with us when we asked for help. I don't know what they were doing in the meantime but they were never there. Never coming back to this place ever again, I would advise you all who read this to go to other places and your money won't be thrown out.

We tried Sherlock. We were 6 and 3 of us for the first time in an escape room. The place was well arranged so we really could work together. The staff was nice and helpful, actually we needed a few calls but as we read it, it wasn't the easiest room. Besides Hungarian, tasks are also written in English in the games. Thank you for the service!

We have been twice to this place already, it's so unique. Very helpful staff guided us through the unique, and interesting rooms, gave us a hint via radio, and made sure we had a good experience. We will be back definitely, although there are many options in Budapest, this place is has a special atmosphere.
