Guys… hands down, best chicken tacos in Budapest. My husband and I stumbled across this little hidden gem completely by chance. I’m Hungarian but live in Germany, and I travel a lot. I almost always go for Mexican food because I absolutely love it, and because I’m lactose and gluten intolerant. Finding authentic Mexican and meals which are safe for me isn’t always easy. I ordered the chicken tacos with guacamole and chips. First of all, major points for having gluten free corn tortillas. Amazing! I also asked about dairy, and they assured me there wasn’t any, exactly as it should be if you’re serving authentic Mexican street food. The chicken was incredibly juicy, the guacamole was clearly homemade (none of that weird tangy, store bought taste), and the corn tortillas were soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Trust me, I’ve tried making them myself, and getting them this good is not easy. It was so good that I went back for a second round, which made the guys behind the counter smile. They were very friendly, the food was insanely delicious, and the whole place has that perfect little hole in the wall vibe that you hope to stumble upon when traveling. Without exaggerating,

Went for the beef taco plus cheese, smoky chipotle sauce tip, the extra nachos crushed and sprinkle them in. Perfection. Great value with 2 desperados to wash it down. Not judging the atmosphere it's street food but hands down one of the best tacos I've ever had in my life. 5 star grub.

Freaking insane tacos here, prices are pretty average for the amount of food and quality, the quality is high. The selection of hot sauces they have is extensive. Its as authentic as you will find in eastern europe. Taco Tuesday gives you an even better deal, 4 for 3 tacos. Definitely recommend this place if you want a more authentic experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing! Great value for money! The food was incredibly tasty, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and truly authentic. The quesadilla and burrito were outstanding, and the homemade salsas with the guacamole were full of flavor. The Jarritos Guava soda was the perfect match to it all. The place is small, cozy, and has that real street food vibe, with lots of hot sauces to choose from and super friendly service. Definitely the best Mexican street food in Budapest, we’ll be back for sure! 🌮🇲🇽
