Long waiting times and incompetent personnel. We wanted to get paperwork for our dog in order to import him to USA. The vet gave us incorrect information and was only interested in getting the money. I cannot recommend this place.

I walked in with our Shiba with an ear problem and received the best service I could ask for. They saw us immediately and the vets we're very friendly and professional. Zoe is not an easy dog. They handled her Shiba screaming and drama very calmly. Highly recommend!
