Should I start with their rudeness or the way they treated my dog? By far my worst grooming experience ever. I explained when I made the appointment that he is a very large, long haired German Shepherd who just arrived from New York and was very anxious and probably not easy to deal with. As groomers I would have thought they had dealt with difficult dogs. The space is the size of a very small walk in closet. They put a muzzle on him (to be expected) so tightly that it indented his muzzle for over an hour. Although in 7 years I have had him he has never bitten anyone they claimed he bit them. I can imagine a growl or even teeth bearing but not a bite. Fact was they were afraid of him.The grooming itself looks nothing like a good New York grooming and took half the time. Needless to say they told me we were not welcome back, as if I were to ever set foot in there again. So unless you have a Pomeranian or smaller dog run away from this place.
