Az oktatóképzésben nagyon élveztem a sok gyakorlási lehetőséget, a személyes mentorálást, Pilates alapelveit végig betartva. Ella személyisége és szaktudása is kiemelkedő, magas színvonalat képvisel. A stúdió is maximálisan felszerelt, esztétikus, már belépni is öröm. Ajánlom mindenkinek aki mozogni vágyna egy jó közegben, illetve akit érdekel az oktatás.😊

Ella óráin nem csak a test erősödik, hanem a lélek is hazatalál. A stúdió olyan, mint egy fényes kis sziget: ahová belépsz, ott minden feszültség leolvad, és csak a nyugalom marad. Ella kedves, figyelmes. Adri türelmes, végtelenül kedves. Mind a ketten profik!♥️ Az óráknak, imádom minden percét, mert itt valóban újjászületek.

Ella egy igazán kedves és képzett oktató, aki mindig izgalmas és hatékony órákat tart. Minden alkalommal érzem, hogy fejlődök, és egyre jobban érzem magam a bőrömben. A pilátesznek és persze Ellának köszönhetően, a mindennapi teendők is könnyebben mennek, és ami számomra különösen fontos, hogy remekül kiegészíti a futó edzéseimet. Ella órái igazi feltöltődést jelentenek, és mindig várom a következő alkalmat!

Gerincsérvem miatt, évente több alkalommal becsípődött a hátam, ami1-2 hét alatt jött csak helyre. Már az állapotfelmérés alatt kiderült, hogy gerincemmel tartom a terhet, a has, hát, és farizmaim helyett. Az első hónap személyi edzés után, tartásom jelentősen javult, gerinctartó izmaim hatékonyabban működtek. Az életmódváltási és táplálkozási tanácsok hatására, az elmúlt hónapokban sokkal aktívabb lettem, testalakatom átalakult, és gerincsérvem is tünet mentes. Nemre, korra függetlenül mindenkinek ajánlani tudom.
