VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, DISRESPECTFUL, and frankly raisest experience at Pizza Forte Corvin today around 5:30 PM. From the moment I entered, one of the cashiers kept speaking loudly in Hungarian while looking directly at me, causing people around to stare and laugh. I tried to ignore it at first, but the HOSTILE attitude continued throughout the entire interaction. At one point, I took a few tissues from the counter to wipe sweat from my face, and she immediately snatched the tissue pack away and hid it in an extremely RUDE and HUMILIATING manner. After that, every time I tried speaking to her, I was COMPLETELY IGNORED while she continued treating everyone else politely. I remained calm, respectful, and patient the entire time, but the behavior felt clearly TARGETED, DISCRIMINATORY, and absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

I love this place. Great for cup of coffee ☕ and very well like food place. Very good service, location. You can pay cash or card etc.... + you can call and have pizza at home 🏠. Huge thanks 👍

Probably the 3rd time I’m coming here and no employee behind the desk. Of course not, as they’re chatting & laughing outside. Usually only 1 kind of pizza. It was really bad.

We ordered two pizzas. A Margarita with added sweetcorn and green pepper and a Chilli Con Carne. My half Italian wife said that her pizza was tasteless but spicy, which was not supposed to be. My pizza was very bland also, the tomato sauce they use must be the cheapest, tinned tomato puree. The staff is rude, spending more time shouting at each other on a foreign language (not Hungarian, not English or not Italian) than doing anything else. Two girls with long hair with no hair-net are working in the kitchen. I ordered from the order-kiosk and added a Heineken beer to my meal. I was not told that they didn't have it, although I spoke several times to one of the male staff members. When, after 20 minutes our order was ready and given to us, I was told "we do not have Heineken but I give you a Coke instead". Wasn't asked if I'd like something instead but was told that a can of (05 litre) Heineken equals a can of Coke and that's what he will give me. I asked the person how can of Coke equal a can of Heineken and then he graced me with giving an extra can of Coke. Based on our experience this unit is shame to the Pizza Forte chain and we will not be back. Not recommended to anyone.

Self ordered some quick bites for my family, then was trying to figure out where’s the bathroom for about 10 mins. My wife joined my efforts, but we were both ignored by the staff, when the restaurant was empty. When the food arrived, the only sauce I ordered was not there. My daughters pasta had some black burned paper in it, and the cheese was raw, not melted like on the presentation photo. Avoid like plague. Update: After I complained about the pasta, I got the money for it back. And yes, it was burned paper.
