As an Italian living in Hungary, I was anxious to find out what I would receive after placing my pizza order and coming here to check some reviews out of curiosity. Can confirm after eating my pizza, the negative reviews here are completely unmotivated and misaligned with reality. The quality of this restaurant’s pizza is in line with good pizzas you’d be served anywhere in northern Italy. The thickness of the dough is perfect, the taste of the tomato sauce is what it’s supposed to be when used as a pizza topping, and the quantity of mozzarella is correct as per standards for a good Italian pizza. The pizza as a whole is impeccable. Perhaps the people posting negative, and frankly disrespectful reviews, are more used to the American-style slab of oily bread topped with a pound of yellowish cheese flavored glue and ketchup flavored tomato sauce? I’d say they have no clue what an actual pizza is supposed to taste or look like.
