I brought my 2019 BMW X5 to this service center because of a Driver Assistance System fault. After their diagnosis, I was informed that the KAFAS camera was defective and needed to be replaced. The quoted price for the new camera was over HUF 500,000, not including labor costs. I also paid for the diagnostic inspection. Since the issue remained unresolved, I later took the vehicle to the official BMW dealer, AutoWallis BMW. Their diagnostic process revealed that the camera did not need replacement. The actual cause of the fault was damaged wiring within the system. After the wiring harness was replaced, the problem was completely resolved. As a result, the original diagnosis provided by this service center proved to be incorrect and could have led to a very expensive and unnecessary replacement of a fully functional camera. I am disappointed with the quality of the diagnostic work and hope management reviews this case to improve service quality in the future.

I had a serious problem with my car while traveling through Hungary — the clutch and flywheel failed completely. I was towed to this garage late at night, and they accepted the car without any delay. The next day, they diagnosed everything quickly and started repairs immediately. The work was done professionally and efficiently — the car now drives perfectly. Communication was fast and efficient without language barrier (service guy speaks English well), and in the end, they helped me get back on the road the same day. Price/quality — perfect! I’m very thankful for their quick response and solid mechanical work in a stressful situation.

Fast, extremely helpful, over the top quality service and knowledgeable with BMW. We are very grateful. They speak good english and provide amazing service with full details. Highly recommended.

There is no respect for the customer, my car spent a week in there garage and was never checked, I went to the shop and they promised to call the next day, never received the call, I called there shop they asked me to call after 5 min and then they never answered although I called more than 10 times over 4 hours period. an I just wanted to have a time where they can just check what is wrong with the car. however good there car service people say, it is worth nothing if their customer service is bad.

Very professional and fair BMW service. They use original parts and yet, I would say the prices are fair. They had the chance to milk me for more money by doing a big service, instead, they repaired my car for less money by changing part by part and asking me to drive and see if the problem is still there or already gone. They do not speak fluent English but they know enough to get the job done. It's best if you call before you go, as they are very busy and if they are not expecting you, you may have to wait for a long time.
