A terrible experience from start to finish. After my lease ended and I handed back the keys, they did everything in their power to steal my security deposit through dishonest methods. They acted in complete bad faith during the final check-out inspection, blatantly lying about the condition of the apartment and fabricating non-existent damage without providing any legal invoices or receipts. On top of that, they literally stole money from me by overcharging and falsifying my electricity bills with unjustified amounts. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent—over 20 phone calls were completely ignored as soon as it came to returning my money. Stay far away from this company if you don't want to be scammed out of your deposit!

I rented with this agency for 4 years and never had any problems. Communication was always smooth, and they were very helpful whenever I had a question. Szilvia, who was responsible for my flat, was especially supportive and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The apartment itself was perfect, and when I moved out it was handed back in good condition. Only a small part of the deposit was deducted for cleaning, which I found fair. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them!
