Good place to get some supplies but the people are not very friendly. They even overcharged me on 1 pastry. Didn't bother going back to tell them because I'm sure it won't be a very pleasant conversation. Just avoid this supermarket if you have a choice.

Great simple grocery store for soap, snacks, and a cold beverage. Takes cards. I actually bought some travel gifts for friends here, there was a nice rose and honey soap for 3 Euros.

Good selection, but terrible customer service ​The store has a good variety of products and you can find everything you need. However, the older staff members completely lack customer service and English skills. They show zero patience or understanding towards tourists. ​My payment card doesn't support contactless payment and needs to be inserted. When we tried to explain this in English and with gestures, the blonde, short-haired employee reacted very aggressively and tried to forbid us from inserting the card (even though the card reader supported it perfectly). Right after, she started badmouthing us in Hungarian. The other brunette employee completely ignored us and didn't say a single word. This disrespectful behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

DON’T YOU EVER VISIT THIS SUPERMARKET! They even might beat you! Everyone was rude! They even yelled at us! We just asked how to buy something from the bakery! I can understand that someone doesn’t know how to speak English but you don’t have to be aggressive and rude… this is unbelievable! The girl in the bakery ruined our day with the yelling… She is indeed the MOST rude person I’ve ever seen in a store. This a very touristy city and the store is right at the Center. AGAIN shame on you. This kind of behaviour should be illegal.

I am a regular customer who visits your store every morning to purchase water and Fornetti pastries. As a foreigner who does not speak Hungarian, I often require assistance with printing the product codes for the pastries. Usually, the staff is helpful, but today’s experience was shocking. I politely approached a staff member at the Fornetti counter (a woman of Indian descent) for assistance. She refused to help me three times. When I persisted in my polite request, she took the pastry I had selected, crushed it in her hand, and threw it away with visible aggression. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable for any service industry, especially for brands like Prima and Fornetti located in the heart of Budapest, where many tourists and international residents shop. Such actions are not only unprofessional but also damaging to your company's reputation and image.
