I have visited this store several times, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor. The first time, I tried to buy a cake, but it appeared that the item wasn’t registered in their system. Instead of explaining the situation or trying to resolve the issue professionally, the cashier was rude and treated me as if they just wanted me to leave. Today, I came back to buy a bottle of water and experienced the same attitude again. The staff spoke to me disrespectfully and made me feel unwelcome for no apparent reason. After multiple visits, I cannot see this as an isolated incident. As a foreign customer, I genuinely felt that I was being treated differently from others. Whether intentional or not, the behavior came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect

Good selection of food for a small supermarket, but received the rudest service I've ever encountered in Europe by a bold guy at the checkout. After saying hello, I received no response, acknowledgement or even a glance in my direction, just complete indifference. He proceeded to scan the shopping and grunted after I took one of the plastic carrier bags to pack it as though having to scan it was causing him an inconvenience. He then proceeded to take my shopping out of my handheld shopping basket, scanning it, and then placing it into another plastic shopping basket at the other side of the till, for me to take it out and pack in a plastic bag. I thought this seems like a wate of time so placed one of the plastic bags in his basket, it was at this point he shouted his first and only word to me 'NO!'... It's quite comical when I think of it now... Has anyone else had a similar experience?

The two cashiers (curly haired guy and red dyed haired girl w seputm) are so rude it's so crazy? I don't get if it's Hungarian culture, but they were so rude just because my friend and i were splitting the groceries. They were so annoyed by our presence and made pissed off noises when we were just paying our groceries. I work for customers too and if i would be so easily annoyed by people i simply....wouldn't work for people on a daily basis. Also, if you're pissed at tourists for simply buying groceries i suggest, maybe, u stop working in a tourist area :)

They have fresh meat and cheese to buy in the quantity you want. Not only the small overpriced prepackaged :) (sadly the above mentioned meat and cheese selection has been removed, the only serve warm lunch from that counter now) A good place to find brands that low price supermarkets don't have.
