Megbízhatatlan cég. Az írásban is egyeztetett időpontot, amit előtte a cég kérésére megváltozik, sem tartják be. Jó Kelet Európai módon az okozott kellemetlenségért elnézést sem kérnek. Unreliable company, do not engage with them. I found them after prolonged search, and they seemed ok, of course by Eastern European standards. We reached the point at we agreed on the date and time of a local inspection. This has been confirmed via email from PRS, which was already different from which we agreed orally a couple of minutes before. Long story short they not respected the timeframe agreed, they did not say sorry at all. They have total disrespect towards the costumer. I am happy I didn't pay them anything. It is horrifying to think how might they behave with a costumer who already paid, if they costumer service is such a mess with a potential costumer...

Gyönyörű, igényes, kifogástalan munkát adtak át; maga az ajtó is minden elvárásomnak megfelel. Tökéletesen elégedett vagyok.
