Vivien nagyon kedves, az első pillanatban bizalmat árasztó és megértő pszichológus. ítélkezés nélkül, professzionálisan áll a klienshez, együtt dolgozik vele és végigkíséri az úton, a nehéz periódusokon, majd együtt örül vele a probléma megoldásának.
