I have visited this Rossmann several times and people are always helpful and kind. They find ways to communicate with me despite my non-existent Hungarian. The security man on the other hand is horrendous. Despite always being very attentive to Hungarians, he opts to avoid greeting/ responding to greetings as I go into the shop and resume when others pass through. He then decides to follow my every move as I walk around the store seeking out help. I approach him to ask him for Paracetamol (a fairly universal word) and hand sign for someone who could guide me and the man only responds with "no". It is difficult not to see a segregational and potentially racist approach in this man's actions and hope this is not a characteristic of the Rossmann brand.

Medium size Rossmann branch, spacious and still well stocked - considering the size, a good selection of perfumes and make-up products. You can enter directly from the street, but can only exit through the "shopping centre". Some time in the second half of 2023 they added 2 self-checkouts, so you won't have to wait for staff to come at the till when you need them. I've mainly been here during the weekend and always found the shop rather quiet!

People who work here are helpful and nice , but not the security. I have been here for the 2d time. First time he was laughing at me (no reason) , second time I didn’t know that you can go out only with one door , so I came to the other which leads to street , and was confused why the door closed. Security man was smiling again I felt like a mocked fool not respected client
