Today at around 4:30 PM, I was simply trying to make sure I was buying the right product, so I picked up the package to check it. The elderly security lady reacted aggressively and made a completely unnecessary remark. I observed her for about 10 minutes afterward, and she spoke rudely to two other customers as well. We are customers, and that should not be forgotten. There is already a noticeable lack of staff and a general lack of friendliness, which makes the experience even worse. go across the street to dm, where the staff are much more welcoming. That is what I will do from now on.

Good drugstore with solid selection, but mixed experiences. Great place to pick up cosmetics, skincare, toiletries, and everyday essentials — usually well stocked and easy to shop in. I like the variety of brands and the loyalty program options. Prices can feel a bit high compared to other stores sometimes, and a few visits I noticed limited discounts or confusing promotions lately. Still a convenient stop when you need beauty or daily items while in the city.

The new security gentleman of Rossmann Kalvin Ter is very professional. He is always acting smart and is always friendly, jolly, smiling, speaks multiple foreign languages on a good level, and the main thing he is always very helpful to all Customers without exception with self check-out and whatever they need. This is a brilliant example to all people working in Customer Service in Budapest stores of different spheres how they should do their job and deal with Customers!!!

This store has really friendly and good staffs. I was very tired as soon as I arrived at Budapest Airport, but I was glad that I was able to enjoy shopping. The store was very spacious and had a variety of identical products sold in Germany. I bought promotional socks at a very cheap price and good organic foods. I will visit again and shop. thank you very much!!!!

Lovely! New and all sparkling, in order and well stocked, it is actually quite a big and spacious Rossmann branch. It is also open on a Sunday! The usual products discounted and reduced to clear are there, too. It was needed as there are no Rossmann stores otherwise in the area!
